Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using Forsova Orbid, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Forsova Orbid.

These Terms apply to the Forsova Orbid website, Telegram bot, connected Freelancer account features, payment flows, and related services provided by Forsova (FZE).

Who may use Forsova Orbid

You may use Forsova Orbid only if you can legally enter into a binding agreement and are permitted to use the underlying third-party services required for the workflow, including Telegram and Freelancer.com.

Forsova Orbid is not intended for children.

The service

Forsova Orbid is designed to help Freelancer.com users review project opportunities more efficiently, filter weaker opportunities, view bidding-related signals, and prepare bids faster through Telegram and related web tools.

Forsova Orbid is an independent workflow assistance tool. It is not owned by, operated by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Freelancer.com. Freelancer.com is a trademark of its respective owner.

Forsova Orbid is a workflow assistance tool. It does not guarantee project awards, client responses, payment, conversion rates, platform outcomes, or business success.

Accounts and access

Access to Forsova Orbid is linked to your Telegram account. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account or access credentials.

You must provide accurate information where required, including your Telegram-linked details and any email address required for invoices, receipts, or account-related communication.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account, Freelancer account, devices, and any other systems you use to access Forsova Orbid.

Freelancer account connection

Certain features of Forsova Orbid require you to connect your Freelancer.com account through OAuth-based authorization.

You authorize Forsova Orbid to use the permissions you grant through Freelancer.com only to operate connected-account features you request or use. You remain responsible for your Freelancer.com account and for complying with Freelancer.com's own terms, policies, code of conduct, payment rules, communication rules, and platform requirements.

Forsova Orbid does not ask you to enter your Freelancer.com password directly into the service.

Disconnecting your Freelancer.com account through Freelancer.com's account controls may stop future connected-account access by Forsova Orbid, but it does not automatically delete all Forsova Orbid account records. You may contact us to request account or data deletion, subject to legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, payment, dispute-resolution, or operational retention needs.

Trials, subscriptions, payments, and refunds

Forsova Orbid may offer subscription plans that start with a 7-day trial. After the trial period ends, the selected subscription renews automatically according to the billing interval shown at checkout, unless you cancel before renewal.

Subscription plans, prices, billing intervals, trial availability, and included usage limits are shown at checkout and may vary by offer, region, or future plan changes.

A trial may be limited to one trial per Telegram-linked account, payment method, customer, or other fraud-prevention identifier. Forsova (FZE) may refuse, restrict, or revoke trial access where abuse, duplication, fraud, or misuse is suspected.

Payment processing, card handling, invoices, receipts, renewal notices, failed-payment notices, and related billing communications may be handled by Stripe or another third-party payment provider. Forsova Orbid does not directly store or process raw payment card details.

You are responsible for providing accurate checkout information, including your email address, and for keeping your payment method up to date.

You may cancel your subscription through the available billing management flow or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund previous charges unless required by applicable law or approved by Forsova (FZE).

Except where required by applicable law, or where Forsova Orbid is materially not functioning as intended, payments are generally non-refundable. Refund decisions, if any, remain at the discretion of Forsova (FZE).

Credits and usage limits

Paid plans may include monthly credits or usage limits. If credits are included with an active paid plan, those credits reset for each applicable monthly usage period and do not accumulate unless we clearly state otherwise.

Access periods, plan rules, credit amounts, and usage limits may vary by plan and may be updated for future purchases.

If your active plan ends, expires, is revoked, or is terminated, access to paid features may end immediately.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

use Forsova Orbid for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity;
attempt to interfere with, probe, bypass, or disrupt the service, its infrastructure, rate limits, or security measures;
scrape, copy, reverse engineer, decompile, exploit, or resell the service except where applicable law clearly permits it;
use the service in a way that violates third-party rules, including Telegram or Freelancer.com rules;
use Forsova Orbid to send spam, misleading bids, deceptive proposals, or mass low-quality proposals;
use Forsova Orbid to request, encourage, or arrange off-platform communication, off-platform payment, direct payment, or fee avoidance in violation of Freelancer.com rules;
include external contact details in bid content where doing so would violate Freelancer.com rules;
use Forsova Orbid to bid on projects you do not genuinely intend or are not able to complete;
share account access in a way that defeats account-linked restrictions or plan limitations;
use AI-generated content from the service for unlawful, misleading, infringing, harmful, or platform-violating purposes.

AI-generated content

Forsova Orbid may generate summaries, suggestions, warnings, trust signals, risk indicators, or bid-related text using third-party AI systems.

AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, generic, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific use case. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, validating, and deciding whether to use any generated output.

You must review and edit any AI-generated bid draft before using it. You must not use AI-generated content to send spam, misleading proposals, off-platform communication requests, direct payment requests, or content that violates Freelancer.com rules.

Forsova Orbid does not guarantee that AI-generated outputs are accurate, original, lawful, non-infringing, successful, compliant with every platform rule, or fit for any particular purpose.

Third-party services

Forsova Orbid relies on third-party services and platforms, including Telegram, Freelancer.com, payment providers, hosting or infrastructure providers, and AI providers.

We are not responsible for third-party services, third-party outages, third-party account restrictions, third-party policy decisions, or the content, conduct, or practices of those third parties.

Freelancer.com may change, restrict, suspend, revoke, or limit API access, user accounts, project access, bidding features, communication features, or other platform functionality at any time according to its own rules and decisions. Forsova Orbid is not responsible for Freelancer.com account restrictions, Freelancer.com API restrictions, or Freelancer.com policy enforcement decisions.

Intellectual property

Forsova Orbid, including its branding, design, software, website content, bot workflow, and related materials, is owned by Forsova (FZE) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use Forsova Orbid for its intended purpose during your permitted access period.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Forsova Orbid or any of our intellectual property to you.

Suspension and termination

Forsova (FZE) may suspend, restrict, revoke, or terminate your access to Forsova Orbid at any time, with or without notice, where reasonably necessary, including for abuse, fraud, attempted security violations, chargebacks, misuse, violation of these Terms, violation of third-party platform rules, or operational or legal reasons.

You may stop using Forsova Orbid at any time. Disconnecting your Freelancer account through Freelancer.com's controls does not automatically delete your Forsova Orbid account or records.

Disclaimers

Forsova Orbid is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Forsova (FZE) disclaims warranties, representations, and guarantees of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, security, performance, accuracy, or results.

We do not guarantee that Forsova Orbid will be uninterrupted, error-free, fully secure, always available, or compatible with every device, browser, platform, or third-party service.

We do not guarantee any bidding outcome, commercial result, project win rate, client action, or financial outcome from using Forsova Orbid.

Limitation of liability

While we use measures designed to help protect the service and related data, no method of storage, transmission, or online service is completely secure, and we do not guarantee absolute security.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Forsova (FZE) and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, opportunity, or anticipated savings, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, Forsova Orbid.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of Forsova (FZE) arising out of or relating to Forsova Orbid, these Terms, the website, the Telegram bot, connected-account features, AI outputs, or payments will not exceed the greater of:

the total amount you paid to Forsova (FZE) for Forsova Orbid in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
USD 50.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability to the extent such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Forsova (FZE) and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:

your use of Forsova Orbid;
your violation of these Terms;
your misuse of generated content or connected-account features;
your violation of any third-party rights, platform rules, or applicable laws.

Changes to the service, Terms, or Privacy & Security page

Forsova (FZE) may modify, update, suspend, discontinue, or restrict any part of Forsova Orbid at any time.

We may also update these Terms or the Privacy & Security page from time to time to reflect changes to the service, legal requirements, payment flows, third-party services, security practices, or our business operations.

The updated version becomes effective when posted on the website, unless a different effective date is stated. Your continued access to or use of Forsova Orbid after the updated version becomes effective means you accept the updated Terms or Privacy & Security page.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms or Privacy & Security page, you must stop using Forsova Orbid and may contact us to request account deletion, subject to any legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, payment, dispute-resolution, or operational retention requirements.

Governing law and dispute resolution

If you have a problem or disagreement relating to Forsova Orbid, you agree to contact us first at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the matter informally and in good faith.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or Forsova Orbid will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
